These Terms govern access to and use of the VariClass calculator. By using this tool, you confirm you have read and accepted these conditions.
The VariClass calculator is freely accessible, with no account or login required. The premium interpretive report feature is reserved for those who purchased the VariClass tactile model.
The calculator is a support tool for applying ACMG/AMP variant classification criteria. It does not replace professional clinical judgment or the official ACMG/AMP/ClinGen guidelines — the final classification decision always remains the responsibility of the professional applying it. The calculator is not and does not replace an electronic health record.
You may use the calculator for personal, educational, and professional purposes related to variant interpretation. You may not extract content in an automated way, bypass premium report controls, or commercially reproduce the tool without authorization.
The VariClass brand, design, and calculation logic are protected under applicable law.
The data you type into the calculator — gene, transcript, HGVS, criteria, and justifications — stays in your browser and is never sent to any server. Full details on what we collect (bug reports, waitlist) are in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the calculator available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.
Interpretation and classification decisions remain the responsibility of the professional who makes them. To the extent permitted by law, VariClass is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the calculator.
Material changes will be identified by the date and version shown on this page.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, preserving the rights and venue legally assured to the user where applicable.
